Thank you for your purchase at Monroe Melbourne! We do our best to ensure you are happy with your order. If you wish to return an item, please read our return policy below.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. This is longer than the standard period to give you enough time to review your purchase.
Product Conditions
Items being returned must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging so they can be processed correctly.
Return Procedure

Once we have received your email, we will send you instructions and a return address. Returns sent without prior registration and approval cannot unfortunately be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to follow your return. Please note that our warehouse is located outside of Australia, which may incur additional costs.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. Based on the condition of the item and our return policy, we will process your refund via your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days.
